Lovely room with very comfortable bed and pillow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing roof terrace, excellent very central location. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

Location - Hotel was perfect, in the heart of the old town on what is called gin and tonic street due to all the bars there. Rooms - Cleaned every day, perfect for us. They even upgraded my daughter and her friends room to feature a huge terrace as there were 3 of them in one room so gave them a bigger one!! Staff - Always had a smile on their face and couldn't do enough to help you, even when faced with 12 of us booking in all through one person. Had a few issues with the payment through my credit card company which was easily sorted by them. The staff in the restaraunt, bar, on reception and the cleaning staff were always friendly and happy to see you. Breakast - Only tried one day as we prefer a lie in on our hols after some late nights. Food was fine, typical hotel breakfast with continental style buffet and cooked English style eggs, sausage, beeans etc. Just as a note there were 12 of us staying aged from 14 through to 68 and every one of us loved the hotel.

Nice hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded on arrival as there was a better room available and were also given a room free of charge to use on the last day as we had a late flight. These are the little things which would make me return as usually hotels would be wanting to charge for these things. Great customer service.

Nice modern hotel in the heart of the old town, less than 2 mins walk the beach and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Stayed in a sea view room on 7th floor which gave a nice view of the sea above the surrounding buildings. Fridge with complimentary bottled water Very comfy bed Free cocktail on arrival Nice restaurant and good breakfast, varied hot and cold buffet options Friendly staff Very clean everywhere

Immaculately clean, fantastic breakfast and a great central location in the old town so great access to food, drink and entertainment. Also very pleasant and helpful staff and a nice roof terrace with plenty of sun loungers

We were met by Rosanna and Diara with a warm and friendly welcome.They were so helpful and sincere. The room was lovely and very clean throughout. Breakfast was more than sufficient with a large variety of choices. The hotel was right in the center of the old town which was convenient to wonderful restaurants and shops. It was a short visit but we will be back to this lovely hotel.

Right from the welcome text on booking the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, plenty fresh fruit, breads, pastries and hot food too. The location of the hotel is perfect right in the old town and three minutes walk to the beach. And being on a pedestrian street there is no traffic noise. Excellent stay and great value for money. If we return to Benidorm we would book it again without hesitation

Booked one night as meeting friends. Well situated. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. Good size bathroom. We had a good sized balcony overlooking the pedestrian zone and the sea. Good buffet breakfast with a varied choice of hot and cold food. Parking is available in a multistorey public car park approx 5 minutes walk. Will definitely be booking here again.
